Batu Uban

Batu Uban is a small town located a few kilometers away from the town of Gelugor in Penang, Malaysia. There are numerous condominiums situated in Batu Uban; these include Sunny Ville, E-park and N-park. Many Universiti Sains Malaysia students reside in rented units in N-park Condominium. Sunny Point is an office complex which house offices, a car showroom, convenience store, an art class et cetera. There are some Malay villages and mosque in Batu Uban.
