The ScottishPower Pipe Band, or SPPB, is a grade one pipe band sponsored by the international energy company ScottishPower. Considered one of the world's leading grade one pipe bands, the SPPB has been featured as a regular prizewinner in all major competitions over the previous several decades. Some of their awards include being two Champions medals at the Cowal Highland Gathering, Scottish Champions, All-Ireland Champions and runners-up in the World Pipe Band Championships. The Scottish Power Pipe Band has performed in the US, Canada, Japan and China.
