He was joined by media advisers Tom Savage andTerry Prone who helped him develop and expand the company's services in Ireland and abroad. He retired from the company in the mid-nineties, remaining as non-executive Chairman until 2004, when he sold the company to the management team, led by Managing Director Dermot McCrum, who worked with the company from its early days, until 2008, when he departed the organisation, along with Prone, Savage and several other executives.
