This 3-year program (started in 1991) takes recent college graduates and trains them in a rotational program on every aspect of the printing business. Associates in the Leadership Development Program work in production, estimating, customer service, purchasing, and accounting before ultimately moving into senior sales and management positions within the company.

CGXSolutions is a company owned and operated by Consolidated Graphics. Also based in Houston, Texas, this technology-driven center offers products and services to help the business drive their printing needs. The products include: Storefront, Digital Asset Management and Crossmedia.
