Flattnitz Pass (el. 1400 m.) is a high mountain pass in the Austrian Alps in the "Bundesland" of Kärnten (or "Carinthia").

It connects the Gurk River valley with the Mur River valley. On the Styrian side, it leads to Stadl an der Mur.

A high-altitude sanatorium or "Luftkurort" is located near the pass.
