Libya Telecom & Technology (LTT) ( _ar. ليبيا للاتصالات والتقنية) was established in 1997 as a Private Libyan Company. LTT is Libya's main and biggest Internet service provider (ISP) offering both dial-up and broadband Internet to customers Libya wide. LTT was bought over by the General Post and Telecommunication Company (GPTC) in 2004. Muhammad Qaddafi, the eldest son of Libyan president Muammar al-Gaddafi is the Chairman.
