"Don't Move!" is an episode of "Garfield and Friends". It originally aired on November 12, 1988.

Episode recap

Garfield leaves the house and walks over to his favorite tropical fish store, where he intends to play buffet. Odie begins to tag along after him, but Garfield tells him he can’t go. Odie sadly walks away, but Garfield soon reconsiders and lets him come along.
When they approach the store, Garfield sees a sign on the window indicating that he is not allowed to enter. He then puts on a disguise, but he is afraid that Odie might blow his cover. He then uses his claw to draw a circle on the sidewalk with an X in the middle of it. He places Odie on the X and tells him not to move while he’s inside the store.
As soon as Garfield goes into the store, a dogcatcher catches Odie and throws him into his truck. The truck then takes off, but it hits a bump, causing the back door to come open. Odie flies out and lands in the street, and right after he makes it to the sidewalk he is scooped up by a garbage truck. He (and a pile of garbage) are then transported to a garbage ship, where he spots a bone on top of the pile. He grabs it just as a pelican grabs it as well, and they both tug at it until they fall over.
The ship’s captain kicks the pelican off, and it flies away with Odie riding in its mouth. They fly over a building that is on fire, and the smoke from the fire causes the pelican to cough, and the coughing makes Odie fall out of its mouth. Meanwhile, firefighters are holding a net right outside the building, encouraging a man standing on the ledge to jump into it. Odie shoots past the man, causing him to fall off. Odie lands in the net first but runs out of the way before the man lands.
One of the firefighters tells Odie that they’ll have to take him to the animal shelter, but then another fireman tells him that they have to quickly rush off to another fire. The first fireman takes Odie along because there’s no time to stop; then he tells Odie to hang on to the truck because of sharp turns. Odie hangs on but still flies off the truck after a turn and lands in a shopping cart. He rolls down the sidewalk but then the cart ricochets off a fire hydrant, which makes him fly out and land in front the fish store right beside the X. Garfield then walks out, and after looking at the X, he says, “You moved!”

*Jon does not appear in this episode.
*At the beginning of the episode, Garfield is singing a slight variation of the song from Return of Power Pig.
