"After the Garden" is a protest song written by Neil Young. It is the opening track on his 2006 album "Living with War".

"After the Garden" protests the Bush administration's policy regarding global warming. The lyrics express displeasure with the administration's perceived inaction in dealing with the issue of global warming. An environmental activist himself, Young presents the consequences of not taking action to combat global warming through the lyrics.
