Hailing from the

However, Brown has also appeared for the senior team on occasion, being introduced as a late substitute to make his debut againstDrogheda United F.C. towards the end of the 2006 season. He returned to his former club Finn Harps at the beginning of the 2007 season, he then signed for north Belfast clubCrusaders later that year, playing and scoring in the CIS Cup Final of the 2007/2008 season againstLinfield which Crusaders would go on to lose 3-2.
