- Fleet Marine Force Combat Operation Insignia

The Fleet Marine Force Combat Operation Insignia is an attachment to the various campaign medals, and Navy service ribbons, and is authorized by the United States Marine Corps to any Navy personnel who have been attached to a Fleet Marine Force Unit in active combat with an armed enemy beginning with World War II.[1]
The Combat Operations Insignia is a one-time decoration and no more than one insignia may be worn on a ribbon, or campaign medal.
The following campaign medals are authorized the Fleet Marine Force Combat Operations Insignia:

- European-African-Middle Eastern Campaign Medal
- Asiatic-Pacific Campaign Medal
- Korean Service Medal
- Armed Forces Expeditionary Medal
- Vietnam Service Medal
- Southwest Asia Service Medal
- Kosovo Campaign Medal
- Global War on Terrorism Expeditionary Medal
- Afghanistan Campaign Medal
- Iraq Campaign Medal
