Graeme C. Clark

Graeme C. Clark is the current Canadian Ambassador and Permanent Observer to the Organization of American States. He was appointed on June 14, 2006. He previously was appointed the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary to Peru and Bolivia concurrently.
