London and artistic director of Oxford University Philharmonia; 1998-2003 he worked as the assistant conductor to Sir Simon Rattle; 2001-04 artistic director of Stevenage Symphony Orchestra; 2001-05 artistic director of Harpenden Choral Society; 2005-06 artistic director ofWitold Lutoslawski Symphony Orchestra of Plock (Poland). From 2003 he is the Principal Guest Conductor of City ofPeterborough Symphony Orchestra; from 2004 - artistic director of Redhill Sinfonia; from 2006 - artistic director ofLeicester Symphony Orchestra. He worked with majority of Polish orchestras.
