Biography
Early life
Wayans was born in New York City, New York, the son of Elvira, a homemaker and social worker, and Howell Wayans, a supermarket manager.[1] His family was involved in the Jehovah's Witnesses religion.[2][3] He and his family lived in New York's Chelsea neighborhood. He is the brother of Keenen, Kim, Elvira Wayans (who was named after her mother), Nadia, Damon, Shawn and Marlon.
Career
He worked as production assistant on both his brother's show (Keenan and Damon), In Living Color, where he also did some background characters in sketches on the show and My Wife and Kids.
Dwayne has also composed original music for his brother Damon's hit show My Wife and Kids (2003–2005), Thugaboo: Sneaker Madness (2006), and television series the Underground (2006).
