November 16 ,1966 ) is a Northern Irish Football manager and former player. He was the manager ofBelfast Irish Premier League club Glentoran from 2006 until 2007, and on29 May was appointed manager ofIrish First Division club Bangor, close to his residence inHelen's Bay .As a player Millar started his career with Glentoran. After scoring 15 goals in 28 appearances, he moved to Portadown. He then left Northern Ireland and played for Port Vale briefly before spending five years at Cardiff City. After three years at Linfield he returned to former club Portadown. After player/manager roles at Bangor, Ballymena and Brantwood, where he gained his European A Coaching Licence, he took up a full-time managerial position at Newry Town. Following the resignation of
