Colletor

Colletor is a botanical term referring to a multicellular trichome of a leaf or bud scale that produces a sticky secretion.

Colleters are a group or tuft of mucilaginous secretory hairs, usually found near the base of the leaf lamina and on the calyx. They are found in members of the Apocynaceae and Asclepiadaceae families.
