Wynn Harmon

Wynn Harmon is an American actor (born November 7, 1960, Upper St. Clair, Pennsylvania). BFA, "magna cum laude", Boston University College of Fine Arts, "Edwin E. Stein Award for Excellence in the Arts"; MFA, American Conservatory Theatre, (ACT).

On Broadway he played The Detective in "Porgy and Bess" (also telecast Live from Lincoln Center on PBS). Off-Broadway credits include "As You Like It", "The New Yorkers", and the premiere of "Tibet Does Not Exist". Regional credits include: "Love's Labour's Lost" at The Shakespeare Theatre, Washingtoin D.C., "The Heidi Chronicles" at Arena Stage, "A Moon for the Misbegotten" at Long Wharf Theatre, Hartford Stage and The Alley Theatre; "The Constant Wife", "Pericles", "Macbeth", "The Comedy of Errors", "The Winter's Tale", "Othello", "A Midsummer Night's Dream", "Titus Andronicus", "Romeo and Juliet", "Merry Wives of Windsor" and "All's Well That Ends Well" at The Old Globe Theatre; "Noises Off" and "Les Trois Dumas" at Indiana Repertory Theatre; "Sylvia" and "Travels with My Aunt" at Virginia Stage and Syracuse Stage; "The Three Sisters" and "Ring Round the Moon" at American Conservatory Theatre; "Silent Edward" at La Jolla Playhouse; "A Christmas Carol" at Milwaukee Repertory Theatre; "The Way of the World" at Huntington Theatre Company; "The West End Horror" and "A Christmas Carol" at Bay Street Theatre; "The Marriage of Figaro" at American Repertory Theatre; "Edith Stein", "She Loves Me", "A Midsummer Night's Dream" and "The Normal Heart" at Pittsburgh Public Theatre; "Dr. Faustus", "Pure Poe", "A Christmas Carol" and "The Taming of the Shrew" at Capital Repertory Theatre; "Me and My Girl" at Candlewood Playhouse; Scrooge in "A Christmas Carol" at the Westport Country Playhouse; "Present Laughter", "Noises Off", "110 in the Shade", at Dorset Theatre Festival; "1776", "Anything Goes", "Moon Over Buffalo", "Noises Off" and "Murderers" at Riverside Theatre in Vero Beach; "Time of My Life", "Balmoral", "Tartuffe", "The Mousetrap" and "Moon Over Buffalo" at Depot Theatre; "The Mousetrap" and "The Nerd" at Players Theatre Columbus; and "Much Ado About Nothing"; "Romeo and Juliet" at Hudson Valley Shakespeare Festival and "Our Town" at Two River Theatre.

On television he played "Trevor Babcock" on "All My Children", and played "Mark" in the film "Paper Cranes". He is the recipient of the St. Louis Critics Award--Best Supporting Actor for Jacques in "As You Like It" and the Best Supporting Actor award for Antoine de St.-Exupery in "Some Things that Can Go Wrong at Thirty-five Thousand Feet" at Duke Theatre Previews. In 2001, he was inducted into The Upper St. Clair High School Hall of Fame. He is a member of Actors' Equity Association. He is also a member of Marble Collegiate Church and resides in New York City.
