It was during these days that the first dreams of being a property developer were born, as he recognised opportunities of building, renovating & essentially improving his environment.McCausland always wanted to work in property and chose the corporate route to lay the foundations for this ambition. McCausland spent around ten years buying and selling properties globally. He then joined MCI, becoming their Estate's Manager from 1998 to 2000. McCausland's company, Richland Developments is based in London and builds luxury residential and commercial buildings.
