Infante Jaime of Coimbra

Infante Jaime of Coimbra (also known as James of Portugal, James of Lusitania, Jaime or Jacobus) was the son of Infante Dom Pedro of the House of Aviz. He was a Cardinal and Archbishop of Lisbon and a Portuguese ambassador. He died in Florence on August 15, 1459, at the age of twenty-six, and was buried in the Basilica di San Miniato al Monte.
