Coastal Ministries of India

Coastal Ministries of India (CMI) is an Evangelical Christian missionary organization based in India. The vision and aim of CMI is to spread christianity in Coastal areas of India through training, equipping, and supporting church-planting.

History

CMI was founded by Rev. Raju John , a native of India in 1975. The Rajus have four children and one Grandchild, all of whom are engaged in church related activities in Houston, TX.

Activities

CMI'S mission is to spread the word of Jesus and find new followers through evangelical activities particularly in poorer backward sections of southern India. They do house visiting, crusade and tracts distribution in five languages: Hindi, Malayalam, Tamil, English, Telugu and sign board evangelism.
