Holland is a neighborhood in the Northeast community in Minneapolis. Its boundaries are 27th Avenue NE to the north, Central Avenue to the east, 17th Avenue NE to the south, and University Avenue NE to the west. The neighborhood is represented in the Neighborhood Improvement Program by Holland Neighborhood Improvement Association, located at 2516 Central Avenue NE.

Holland neighborhood is named for Holland School, which is actually located south of the neighborhood at 1536 6th Avenue NE. The school closed in 2005. [cite news |first= Tim|last= Pugmire |title= It's closing time for some Minneapolis schools|url= http://news.minnesota.publicradio.org/features/2005/06/13_pugmiret_hollandclose/ |publisher= Minnesota Public Radio News |date= 2005-06-06|accessdate=2007-10-23 ] Edison High School lies within the neighborhood.

The neighborhood includes Jackson Square park, which has a baseball/softball diamond, a playground with a wading pool, and basketball courts. Across 22nd Street NE from Jackson Square, two half-blocks are now a park-like grassy basin for stormwater retention. The strip of land on the north side 27th Avenue NE has been dedicated to community use and is maintained by its owners, Canadian Pacific Railway. Although officially the strip is within the Columbia Park neighborhood, Holland volunteers are largely responsible for its development, including a playground and neighborhood garden.

Holland Neighborhood is bisected by two active lines of Burlington Northern Railway which converge within the neighborhood, one connecting to downtown Minneapolis, the other to Saint Paul via the rail yards north of the University of Minnesota. Both are fully grade-separated, making railroad bridges a significant feature of the neighborhood.

Holland's east boundary is Central Avenue, which in Holland is one of the main commercial districts of Northeast, focused on the two blocks north and south of Lowry Avenue. Other businesses lie along Lowry and University Avenues.

Other landmarks in the neighborhood include the Bill & Bonnie Daniels Firefighters Hall & Museum and the Northeast Branch of the Minneapolis Public Library.
