History

TechtalkRadio is now celebrating its 12th year of providing information on computers, technology and the Internet over the airwaves. The show began in Palm Springs where for over 6 years "Tech Talk With Mike & Andy" was broadcast every Saturday from 11am to 1pm on KNWZ-AM and KPSI-AM. The original hosts for the program were Andy Taylor, Mike O'Brian and Bill Grace.

Andy Taylor, the host of the show, and half of a Tucson morning rock radio show, relocated to the Tucson area and brought the show format to KTKT-AM. After three successful years on KTKT-AM, the station changed formats to Spanish language and the show went into hiatus until it found a home for two years at KJLL AM 1330. The show moved again in October 2006 to the stronger signal and increased audience of Clear Channel's News Talk 790 KNST.
