census GR|2 of 2000, there were 3,760 people and 1,511 households residing in the neighborhood. Thepopulation density was 4,020/mi². The racial makeup of the neighborhood was 92% White, 1% African American, 1% Native American, 1% Asian, less than 3% from other races, and 2% from two or more races. Hispanic or Latino of any race were 11% of the population.There were 1,511 households out of which 33% had children under the age of 18 living with them, 63% were married couples living together, 5% had a female householder with no husband present, and 6% were non-families. 24% of all households were made up of individuals.
