As of the censusGR|2 of 2000, there were 191 people and 74 households residing in the neighborhood. The population density was 4,690/mi². The racial makeup of the neighborhood was 99.0% White, 0% African American, 0% Native American, 1.0% Asian, less than 0% from other races, and 0% from two or more races. Hispanic or Latino of any race were 7.0% of the population.

There were 74 households out of which 38% had children under the age of 18 living with them, 74% were married couples living together, 6% had a female householder with no husband present, and 0% were non-families. 20% of all households were made up of individuals.
