Boke is one of the 180
woreda s in theOromia Region ofEthiopia . Part of theMirab Hararghe Zone , Boke is bordered on the south by theShabelle River which separates it from theBale Zone , on the southwest byDarolebu , on the northwest byHabro , on the northeast by Kuni, and on the east by theGaletti River which separates it from theMisraq Hararghe Zone . The major town in Boke isBoke Tiko .Coffee is an important cash crop of this woreda. Over 50 km² is planted with this crop.
