Breck Alan is a
New York basedmusician ,singer ,songwriter , andteacher . He primarily playsguitar . He is said to have one theme that exists throughout all of his music and that is the "individual pursuit in all of us." Through his books, Breck pioneered the art of Body-Singing.Career
Alan's interest in music grew at a young age. He attended the
New England Conservatory , TheGuildhall School of Music and Drama , and privately with Peter Elvins.Breck has played on many occasions and many venues, such as the
Irving Plaza inNew York City , and The Rocky Mountain Folks Festival. Breck has written music forHBO ("Best of Real Sex"), sung for Nickelodeon, composed entire scores for Children's Plays, Independent Films, and also comes out with his own original C.D.'s.Alan is also the author of "The Art Of Body Singing", which are available in book and music stores all over the country. As for teaching, Breck has been the teacher for several colleges, and occasionally visits high-school programs to teach them the art of body singing.
