Bangor Academy and Sixth Form College is a secondary school in Bangor, Northern Ireland.
History
Bangor Academy is the result of a merger between the previous girls' secondary school, Bangor Girls' High, and the boys' secondary school, Gransha Boys' High. Bangor Academy have recently received a brand new specialist school which is situated on Castle Park Road, on the site of the old Glenlola School, opposite the SERC (tech).
Future
A new building has now been created on the site of the former Glenlola Collegiate School. All years are now housed within the one complex, with the former Clanmoris Campus becoming the site for the all-new Bangor Grammar School, opening in 2011.
