It appears that he is leaving her now, and she sings that this is "breaking a woman's heart".
The song was performed sixth on the night (following
Cyprus ' Constantinos with "Mono Yia Mas " and precedingCroatia 'sMaja Blagdan with "Sveta ljubav "). At the close of voting, it had received 68 points, placing 10th in a field of 23.It was succeeded as Maltese representative at the 1997 Contest by
