Episode recap
After Garfield gets kicked out of a pet store for treating it as a restaurant, he's mistaken for a dog by Ralph, an inept dogcatcher who will get fired if he makes one more mistake. Floyd is impressed by Garfield's ability to imitate a dog, so he's taught how to meow like a cat. However, Ralph, hearing Garfield bark, gives chase. Meanwhile, Floyd teaches a dog how to squeak like a mouse, so when Ralph comes across all 3 animals making the opposite sounds, he loses his mind and is carted away to an asylum.
Notes
