Graeme Murdoch Tomlinson (born 10 December 1975 in Watford) is an English footballer.

Biography

Born in Watford to Scottish parents, [ [http://www.boyfrombrazil.co.uk/profile.asp?name=tomlinson_graeme] ] Graeme grew up in Keighley in West Yorkshire.

Career

As a youth Tomlinson signed for his local side Bradford City and made his first-team debut on 5 March 1994, as a substitute against Blackpool. [ [http://www.boyfrombrazil.co.uk/profile.asp?name=tomlinson_graeme] ] He soon attracted interest and was signed by Manchester United in 1994 for a fee of £500,000, but he only ever played one game for the club—as a substitute against Port Vale in the Football League Cup during the 1994–95 season. When he was sent out on loan to Luton Town in March 1996, he suffered a compound leg fracture and was out of action for a year.

He finally left Old Trafford on a free transfer at the end of the 1997-98 season and he signed for Macclesfield Town, later turning out for Exeter City and Stevenage Borough, as well as making a brief return to Bradford on trial in 2002.
