Budha River , 40 km fromRanchi (called the city of waterfalls) and 60 km fromNetarhat , deep in the forest of theChota Nagpur Plateau inJharkhand , a state in eastIndia . The falls, named after Gautam Buddha, also has a Buddha temple nearby. [cite web
