Lučivná Tunnel

The Lučivná Tunnel is a short covered tunnel in northern Slovakia, on the D1 motorway between Štrba and Mengusovce. Its construction started in 1998 and even after 8 years, it still isn't open (1999 motorway cost cutting in Slovakia). It is planned to be open in 2007 or 2008.
