Tor Thodesen

Tor Thodesen (born March 3 1966) is a Norwegian football-coach. He's had previous spell's as assistan coach under Teitur Thordarsson in F.C. Flora Tallinn, Estonia and SK Brann. After two years as coach in the small club Norheimsund, Thodesen took over Sandefjord Fotball in 2005, and led the club to its first promotion to the Norwegian Premier League in his first season. Though thought upon by most Norwegian football experts, as the weakest team in the Premiership, Sandefjord managed to retain their spot in the Premier League, and qualified to the clubs first Norwegian Cup Final. For the clubs results in 2006, Thodesen was awarded "Coach of the year" by his colleagues.
