2006 Nintendo World Tour

The 2006 Nintendo World Tour, which began on November 3, 2006, was a showcase sponsored by Nintendo. It was created primarily to present the capabilities and game lineup of its upcoming Wii console to the Japanese public in antipication of its December 3 release date in the nation. Among others, it showcased updates for the highly-anticipated "Super Smash Bros. Brawl" game, such the inclusion of Fox McCloud.

In addition to its coverage and public exposition of the Wii console, it also featured the Nintendo DS and put a focus on its connectivity with the console.

Tour across Japan

The event started in Nagoya, where it stayed until November 10, after which made its way to Osaka, and on November 24 arrived in Tokyo.
