Chris Terrell (born June 2, 1972 in Canoga Park, California) is best known as a professional basketball coach[1] and general manager. Director of Operations for the World Basketball Association (WBA), Head Coach and Director of Basketball Operations of the Texas Tycoons of the American Basketball Association (ABA), Head Coach Cimarrones de Ensenada and Player Personnel Director for the Mayas de Yucatan of the Professional Mexican League (LNBP). President of the International Scouting and Marketing Network BeSeenHoop and was the Director of the 2005 Tournament of the Americas held in Sonora, Mexico.
Terrell was the director of basketball development for the Fort Worth Flyers of the NBA D-League and holds a career .776 winning percentage (as of November, 2006) with an extensive background in League Management, Team Management, General Management, Head Coaching, and Operations. Terrell went on to Coach in the CIBACOPA for Pioneros de Los Mochis and in the Chinese Basketball Association for Zhejiang Guangsha Lions. Named All-star coach while with Los Mochis and with the Texas Tycoons, Coach went to the 2007 ABA Championship, and served as Director of Basketball for the D-League Finalists that year as well. In 2011, Terrell went on to become the Head Coach for Fuerza Guinda de Nogales. Coach credits his humble beginnings as a high school coach in Los Angeles who moved quickly up the ladder to the Collegiate ranks and on to professional leagues around the world.
