Franck Moussa-Nyinzapa (born 24 July 1989 in Brussels) is a Belgian footballer of Congolese desecent currently playing as a midfielder for Southend United.

Franck is a Belgium under-18 international. He made his debut as a 16 year old in the final minutes of the 3–0 win over Colchester United on 4 March 2006, coming on for midfielder Luke Guttridge. He was also part of the squad that saw Southend United gain promotion to the Championship in the 2–2 draw away at Swansea City.
