St Cadocs/Penygarn

St Cadocs/Penygarn is an electoral ward in the county borough of Torfaen in Wales.

Saint Cadocs is quite small and holds Saint Cadocs parish church in it. Penygarn is rather rough and is right next to the woodlands. Old Penygarn is one of the richest places in pontypool and there are only about 15-20 houses in old Penygarn, many with swimming pools or gyms.
