swimming venue situated in the city ofBelgrade ,Serbia , which was founded by the Assembly of the City of Belgrade in1958 .The swimming area includes an outdoor and an indoor
swimming pool with the stands for 2.000 spectators, a diving platform fordiving from one, three, five and ten m diving boards, and sixteen underwater windows for underwater film shooting. In the swimming pools of this Sports Center, the First World Championships inswimming ,water polo ,synchronised swimming anddiving held in1973 . Apart from instructions for non-swimmers, the swimming pools are used by the schools of synchronized swimming, water polo, and skin/scuba diving.The open-air stadium "Tašmajdan" has the stands for 5000 spectators and it is intended for
indoor football ,basketball ,fencing , andvolleyball . The Recreation Center has the programs ofaerobics , fitness,massage ,bodybuilding , and therapeuticgymnastics , as well as asauna and asolarium .Within the SRC Tašmajdan's organizational umbrella there is also the
Pionir Hall with 7000 seats, which is utilized for all kinds of indoor sports and cultural events. The hall is suitable forgymnastics ,basketball ,volleyball ,handball ,tennis , andcontact sports . It is provided with all the ancillary facilities (locker rooms, a medical center, club). The Ice Hall is build for all sports onice , and within the hall there are both the main and the auxiliary ice rinks, as well as all the ancillary facilities.
