Federal Bison is a four-piece rock band out of Hartford, Connecticut. The band started in 2001 by playing cover songs at friends' backyard parties and dive bars. Now they play their own style of original rock music all over New England and New York.

With sponsorships by Bud Light True Music, UV Vodka, Freek Energy Drink, HighTimes Magazine and the recent honor of being named Connecticut's "Best Metal Band" (by the Hartford Advocate), Federal Bison's fan base has been consistently growing and filling the local bars and clubs to maximum capacity. Their music has received radio play on WCCC-FM 106.9 FM, WPLR 99.1 FM, and UltraRadio.com.

The band will release their debut album, Midnight Sky, this fall.
