Plastic bait

Plastic bait

Plastic baits have made a huge impact on the way people can catch fish while fishing. Plastic baits have been manufactured by many popular companies such as Zoom, Yum, Berkeley, Lip RipperZ and T-Fisherman Trout Worms.

Plastic baits are found in everything from plastic worms to jig trailers. All plastic bait undergoes many different tests before it goes into the public's hands.Fact|date=January 2007

Once a fishing tackle is developed, it is sent to the professionals to test and modify things if needed. A lot of testing is done before the regular fishermen get a chance to use the bait.

Some of the key benefits over live bait:

* Plastic worms are less messy and do not mess up the inside of a boat.
* Plastic worms last longer than most live baits.
