San Agustinillo is a small fishing community located on Highway 175 just west of

Just immediately to the east of the village are
palapa s and east of that, a beach called Playa Aragón there is almost nothing built. The beach is encroached by hills and steep cliffs that make the building of large hotels and other resort features impossible. Instead, there are small establishments such as Rancho Cerro Largo, a small inn located on a hill overlooking the sea, small seafood restaurants serving locally-caughttuna ,red snapper ,sea bass ,ceviche ,shrimp andoyster s, as well as two Italian restaurants run by Italian-Argentinian (La Termita) and Italian-German (Tio Nerone) couples.[http://www.bibliotecadesanagustinillo.org La Biblioteca de San Agustinillo] , a non profit organization, operates out of this fishing village.
