E-Politics21

e-Politics 21 (網.政.廿一) is the first independently-operated newsgroup in Hong Kong. The group was founded after the proposal of Hong Kong Basic Law Article 23. The law would have limited individual freedom under the name of national security, and led to a massive protest rally on July 1, 2003.
