Plot summary

The novel follows a young girl named Paski who moves from New Mexico to Aliso Viejo, California with her father. From her first day at her new Southern California high school, Paski learns that the popular students may be diverse in ethnicity but are alike in their cruelty. While she tries to concentrate on mountain biking and not thinking too much about ultra-hot Chris Cabrera, Paski is troubled by the beautiful and wicked Jessica Nguyen. Here at Aliso Niguel High, money is everything and the Haters rule.
