Jerzy Rudlicki

Rudlicki Jerzy (1893-1977) was a Polish aerospace engineer who invented and in 1930 patented the V-tail (Polish patent# 15938) configuration for aircraft combining the ailerons and elevators in one system. He both worked in the World War I and World War II on aircraft. He was the main designer of the Polish Plage i Laśkiewicz works, designing aircraft under Lublin brand.
