The Zeepipe is a natural gas transportation system to transport
North Sea natural gas to the receiving terminal at Zeebrugge inBelgium . 814 kilometers long Zeepipe I pipeline with 40-inch diameter, operation since1993 , runs from Sleipner field to Zeebrugge. The capacity of pipeline is 41 million scm per day. The second section of Zeepipe I consists 30-inch pipeline from Draupner S to Sleipner.Zeepipe II A, operational since
1996 , is a 303 kilometers long 40-inch pipeline fromKollsnes gas processing plant in Norway toSleipner Riser . The capacity of Zeepipe II B is 72 million scm per day. Zeepipe II B, operational since1 October 1997 , runs from Kollsnes to Draupner E. The length of 4o-inch Zeepipe II B is 299 kilometers and the capacity is about 71 million scm per day.The total costs of Zeepipe system is around 24.2 billion NOK. It's owned by
