Jackfruit chips

Jackfruit chips (Chakka vattal in Malayalam) is deep fried "chakka chula" (edible white-yellow part of jackfruit that covers the seeds) in coconut oil.

Preparation

Its preparation is similar to the preparation of banana chips.
