Uthman ibn Naissa

Uthman ibn Naissa was a Berber Wāli of Narbonne and effective Muslim governor of Septimania.

He was married to the daughter of Eudes, Duke of Aquitaine and was known as "Munuza" by the Franks.

He rebelled against the governor of al-Andalus who defeated and killed him in 731.
