Sidney A. Fine

Sidney Asher Fine (September 14, 1903 - April 23, 1982) was a Democratic member of the United States House of Representatives from New York.

Fine was born in New York City. He graduated from City College of New York in 1923 and Columbia University Law School in 1926. He was a member of the New York State Assembly from 1945 until 1946 and the New York State Senate from 1947 until 1950. He was elected to Congress in 1950 and served from January 3, 1951 until his resignation on January 2, 1956. He served on the New York Supreme Court from 1956 until 1975. He died in New York City.
