Jenna Lee-James is a British
actress who has played the part of Scaramouche in the West End version of the hit musical "We Will Rock You". She also appeared in "West End at Home" which played at a variety of theatres including theMayflower Theatre ,Southampton . She is now appearing as the Narrator in Joesph at theAdelphi Theatre ,London alongside Lee Mead.Jenna (real name Jeanette Greenlees) was born in Clydebank, where she started her career at the age of 10 in pantomime at the King's Theatre. She also played July in "

Bobby Davro 's "Rock with Laughter". Other theatre credits have included Tiger Lily in "Peter Pan " at the Theatre Royal, Newcastle withLeslie Grantham andJoe Pasquale , Lorraine in the UK tour of "Boogie Nights" withShane Ritchie , principal singer in the tour "Money Money Money - The Real ABBA Story" and Peter Pan at the Grand TheatreSwansea withDora Bryan ,John Challis andMike Doyle .Jenna was runner-up in the Voice of Musical Theatre 2005 competition held at the New Theatre, Cardiff.
Despite her father wishing her to train to become an accountant, Jenna's determination to be a performer has seen her (without any formal training) finish as Runner-up in the BBC's Voice of Musical Theatre 2005.
In 2008 Jenna recorded a song for the CD "Act One - Songs From The Musicals Of
Alexander S. Bermange ", an album of 20 brand new recordings by 26 West End stars, released in October 2008 on Dress Circle Records.Television credits

Theatre credits
She has played the leading role of Scaramouche in "We Will Rock You" after playing an ensemble role and first understudy for the roles Scaramouche and Meat at the
Dominion Theatre in London .She was the last original member of the cast to say goodbye. After 5 and a half years, she said goodbye to the Dominion and Scary Bush on 29th September 2007. She has played Scaramouche for the last one-and-a-half years, she played Meatloaf for another one-and-a-half years and for two-and-a-half years she was in the ensemble. She currently plays the part as the Narrator in "Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat" at theAdelphi Theatre in London.She recently (November 2007) toured with a Queen tribute show in Scandinavia, with, among others,
Anders Ekborg , and other West End performers.References
