Xaafuun District

Xaafuun is a district of Somalia.

The first settler who migrated there was a man named Samatar Ogarien Nur. Currently the Majeerteen sub-clan of the Osman Mahmoud inhabit the land which is referred to as Xaafuun. The people of Xaafuun usually fish as that is the only way of life at the moment - there are no agricultural lands.
