A very commonly served bread in the
cuisine of Somalia , sabayad is usually eaten duringbreakfast ordinner . It is made from a dough of flour,water andsalt . Like theparatha , it is rolled into rough squares or circles and then quickly fried in a pan. However, the sabayad is mainly prepared in the traditional Somali way, which imbues it with an especially delicious taste.
